Container Manufacturing

This is carried out at our plants with the purpose of having our clients know the process by which we transform our raw material in the containers in which they sell their products.

Printing

Our specialty

The metal is one of the noblest printing substrate, for its stability, smoothness, anchoring or adhesion of inks.

 

Variable image and data printing is now a reality within our wide range of printing capabilities, customization, zoning and differentiation within the same product. This is an exclusive service only available in Group Zapata.

 

If you expect excellent definition, high resolution and a wide handling of details, we have the finest stochastic grid (a technique awarded for its high graphic quality in the world).

  

Offset

We have the most modern and advanced equipment for offset printing, with 10 printing bodies of large format in the segment of Ultra Violet (UV) inks, and multiple conventional offset presses with inks dried by high performance oxidation. This printing technique offers the highest quality, consistency and repeatability.

  

Shades

Relying on high-tech image scanning, we currently print outstanding monochromes (halftones or one-color images, such as Black and White), duotones (two colors), four shaded images (images and graphics in four colors), six shaded images (images and graphics in six colors), plus the full range of desired colors based on special inks or spot colors, to fully meet, the highest expectations of a select group of clients.

  

Digital

Digital printing (inkjet) is an open option for printing on demand high quality metal products in short and urgent production runs, producing vibrant colors and acceptable definition.
